What products does SAC Garment offer?
We are a digital fabric printing manufacturer — our products include printed t-shirts, printed apparel, and printed accessories such as lanyards and caps. We are not a wholesaler of ready-made garments for resale.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for sublimation products is 11 pieces. For orders below 10 pieces, they can be produced using the DTF printing method (DTF shirts).
How long does production take?
Turnaround varies by product — Sublimation shirts: 14 working days; Heatpress/DTF shirts: 5–7 working days; Corporate apparel: 2–4 weeks; Accessories & embroidered shirts: 10 working days.
Can orders be completed urgently?
Yes. For urgent orders, we recommend DTF shirts, which can be completed in as little as 2 days. For sublimation, urgent orders can be completed in as little as 7 working days, subject to current capacity. An additional urgent charge applies.
Can I order with my own design?
Yes! New designs are subject to a design fee of RM100. For urgent orders, we recommend choosing a design from the catalogue to speed up the process. Catalogue designs can also be customised.
Are there special rates for schools, universities & corporates?
Yes. SAC Garment offers competitive pricing to schools, universities, and corporate companies. We also have experience producing school sports jerseys and orders for local brands. Please contact us to discuss further.
Do you deliver throughout Malaysia?
Yes, we deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
